Sh. Bharat Aggarwal

Sh. Bharat Aggarwal completed his B.A. (LL.B.) from G.G.S. Indraprastha University, Delhi, in the year 2014. Thereafter, he practiced law at various courts and tribunals in Delhi from the year 2014 till 2018, when he joined as a Civil Judge-cum-Metropolitan Magistrate in the Delhi Judicial Service. He has also completed his LL.M. from Kurukshetra University.

He has served as a Civil Judge in the West District, Tis Hazari Court Complex, Delhi; as a Metropolitan Magistrate in the Shahdara District, Karkarooma Court Complex, Delhi; as a Metropolitan Magistrate (NI Act) in the South District, Saket Court Complex and as a Civil Judge in the Central District, Tis Hazari Court Complex, Delhi. Thereafter, he became ACJ-cum-ARC (Headquarters) and is presently continuing in the same capacity.
